Our Head Chef Cessa Obrador  and Café Manager Jhenah Enriquez are continually creating their own versions of Raw and Raw-Fusion to bring an even wider scale of variety to the cafe.

The café staff works closely with the Balanced Living team to bring you interesting events , promotions , new products and other activities to spread the word about natural health.

Cessa

Originally from the Philippines, Chef Cessa studied at the well-known Center for Culinary Arts Manila where she was trained by International Top Executive Chefs from Michelin-starred restaurants. She brings her experience from working for a series of exclusive restaurants, hotels and the Award winning Luxury Healthy Spa Resort in the Philippines, where she developed a passion for sustainable organic living and the natural, wholesome and raw food movements, to all the food she creates for The Living Café Menu.

Jhenah

Jhenah was raised in Cagayan de Oro City, Philippines and has been living in Singapore for 6 years now. She is a Registered Nurse in profession. As an advocate for healthy eating, her passion to help people eat nourishing food for a revitalised life has been spurred on with her job at The Living Cafe.
